Raymond A. Giles

DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Raymond is originally from Atlanta, Texas, where he graduated from Atlanta High School. He obtained his undergraduate degree in Biology from Baylor University and then headed to Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, where he met his wife, Dr. Meeghan.

Dr. Raymond completed his surgical residency in Chicago, specializing in forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle reconstructive surgery and taking a special interest in pediatrics. Following residency, Dr. Raymond practiced in Albuquerque, New Mexico for three years, where he served on the New Mexico Board of Podiatry. Dr. Raymond was also a volunteer staff member at the University of New Mexico and served as the podiatry director for Healthcare for the Homeless in Albuquerque, New Mexico.

Dr. Raymond is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons. Dr. Raymond is Board Certified in Foot Surgery, as well as Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery. He is currently serving as the Chief of the Podiatry Division at St. Thomas Rutherford Hospital.

Outside of the office, Dr. Raymond enjoys spending time with his wife, Dr. Meeghan, and their growing family. His interests also include hiking, camping, golfing, bowling, and following professional and college sports. On the weekends, you’re likely to find him in the backyard grilling out and playing ball with their three children, Little Raymond, Rhett and Madison.

Meeghan N. Giles

DPM, FACFAS

Dr. Meeghan is originally from Rensselaer, Indiana, where she graduated from Rensselaer Central High School. She obtained her undergraduate degree in Biology from Indiana University in Bloomington before attending Scholl College of Podiatric Medicine in Chicago, Illinois, where she met her husband, Dr. Raymond.

Dr. Meeghan completed her three year surgical residency in Albuquerque, New Mexico, where she served as chief resident, with an emphasis on lower extremity trauma, diabetic limb salvage, as well as forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle reconstructive surgery.

Dr. Meeghan is a Fellow of the American College of Foot and Ankle Surgeons, member of the American Podiatric Medical Association and member of the Tennessee Podiatric Medical Association. Dr. Meeghan is Board Certified in Foot Surgery, as well as Reconstructive Rearfoot and Ankle Surgery.

Dr. Raymond and Dr. Meeghan chose to relocate closer to family, and so decided on Middle Tennessee. Outside of podiatry, Dr. Meeghan enjoys spending time with family and participating in outdoor recreation, including tennis, golf, running, hiking, camping, canoeing, and yard games.

Vilayvanh Saysoukha

DPM, AACFAS

Dr. Saysoukha is originally from Smyrna, Tennessee, where she attended Stewartsboro Elementary and graduated from Smyrna High School with several honors. She was one of the original recipients of the TN Hope Scholarship and was even chosen to be in their TV commercials. Through the assistance of this scholarship and other locally awarded scholarships, such as The Yates Companies, Inc. Scholarship, she was able to obtain a Bachelor of Science degree in Biology with Honors with a minor in Latin from the University of Memphis. She then went on to obtain a Master of Science degree in Biomedical Sciences at Barry University in Miami Shores, Florida, where she discovered her passion for podiatry, subsequently obtaining her Doctor of Podiatric Medicine degree.

Dr. Saysoukha completed her three year surgical residency at Northwest Medical Center in Margate, Florida, where she served as Chief Resident. Her training consisted of forefoot, rearfoot, and ankle reconstructive surgery, as well as diabetic limb salvage and lower extremity trauma. She also completed a fellowship in dermatology and pathology of the foot and ankle in Alpharetta, Georgia, and has a special interest in Charcot foot and ankle deformities, trauma, second opinions, and revisional surgeries.

Outside of work, she enjoys spending time with her family and three dogs, outdoor recreations, cooking, writing songs and playing guitar, mentoring students, and giving talks about the profession. She is extremely excited to be back home and serve the community that helped her reach her success.

Amber Kellen

Practice Manager

Amber is originally from Olathe, Kansas where she graduated from Olathe South High School; immediately following, Amber served in the United States Navy for five years as a Hospital Corpsman. While serving her military enlistment she obtained her Bachelor’s of Science degree concentrated in Business Healthcare Administration with Honors. She is also a certified Professional Home Stager and works for various real estate companies in her spare time.

Outside of work she enjoys spending time with her family and friends, cooking, working as a freelance interior decorator/stager, fitness, playing yard games, running both a vintage and jewelry shop on Etsy, and playing with her two Goldendoodles- Bailey and Ollie.
